Terms of use
Short and in plain words. Using the site means these terms suit you.
What this is
Verba teaches words by spaced repetition: you add words, and the product gives you a short dictation and brings each word back shortly before you would forget it. The dictionary pages are open to everyone, and learning needs an account.
What you can do, and what you cannot
Use the product for learning, yours or your own bot's, through the API.
Do not try to break the service or to knock it over with load, do not upload other people's personal data, and do not use it for anything the law forbids.
The account is yours
You can delete it at any moment in Settings, and everything on it goes with it. What exactly, is written on the privacy page.
What we do not promise
The service works as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that every text in it is free of mistakes, or that the schedule will suit you personally.
Examples, translations and stories are generated by machine and can be wrong. Treat them as learning material, not as a reference.
These terms can change
The product changes, and the terms change with it. The version in force is always the one at this address.
